Can I customise any of the veils shown on the website?

Yes, for example the embroidered veils can be embroidered in a variety of colours including Silver, Gold, and Burgundy. The beaded veils can also be changed, for example by replacing pearls with crystals.

How do I remove any wrinkles that may have occurred during shipping?

We take great care to ensure your veil is in pristine condition when it leaves us. Any wrinkles that may have occurred will be very light and will fall out naturally in a few days. Please do not attempt to iron out. If you don't have the time to wait try hanging the veil in a steamy bathroom.

I don't want to wear the veil over my face, should I order a single tier veil?

Nowadays many brides choose not to wear the veil over their face as they walk down the aisle and this is quite acceptable. There are no hard and fast rules, it's entirely how the bride feels.

All our veils are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a recorded, trackable service in the U.K. and by 'Airsure' for the rest of the world.
